Dr. Jones’s experience includes over 30 years in education and administration. Her post-secondary degrees were earned through Salisbury University and include a B.A. in History and a M.Ed. in Public School Administration. Her doctoral degree was earned from Wilmington University with an Ed.D. in Innovation and Leadership.

Rockel is an African American adult woman, brown eyes and medium brown skin. Her hair is dark brown, worn straight and shoulder length. She has soft features and light freckles across her cheeks.
